Amok is a popular Cambodian dish made with thick coconut cream, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, lime leaves, garlic and shrimp paste. Many of the herbs and spices are organically grown and freshly picked from the AMOK team gardens. Traditional Amok uses fish or chicken, however we can also make a vegetarian version upon request. Amok is served with jasmine rice.
